McCarthy Medical Marketing Success Stories

For nearly three decades, McCarthy Medical Marketing has designed innovative programs that enhance and improve communication between healthcare professionals, patients and their caregivers. While we take pride in all of the programs we contribute to, we highlight these successful programs as key representations of our offerings to our clients and their communities.

Communicating About Cancer
Communicating About Cancer was the first in a series of highly creative, in-depth programs MMM Inc. developed to help train physicians and nurses specializing in oncology about how to better communicate with their patients. The Primary Prevention Program And The Newhealth Centers, Inc.
The Primary Prevention Program was developed in the late 1970s at the Pasteur Institute in Lille, France to provide a mechanism to measure and estimate an individual’s health risks, while offering education on how to reduce these risks. The program folded in the US after a few short years due to numerous political pressures.

Both organizations advocate for general research and program funding for these diseases as well as providing specific patient support for people at risk for or living with either condition.

The treaty outlining this prohibition ended at the turn of the century, and the company launched its American arm, EMD Pharmaceuticals and began working with MMM Inc. to help introduce this company to the US oncology community.
